The Oct/Nov issue of Step by Step Wire Jewelry just hit my mailbox and it's gorgeous! I'm so happy to see fellow Beadalon Design Team member Lauren Andersen's amazing chainmaille and crystal bracelet on the cover. Yay, Lauren!Plus, the rest of the issue is like a who's who of our upcoming season of Beads, Baubles & Jewels. I don't think they planned it that way, but I love it! Guests Leslie Rogalski, Kerry Bogert, Jodi Bombardier and Ronna Sarvas Weltman all contributed beautiful wire and crystal designs to the issue.
This week, I also received a review copy of Heidi Boyd's new book, Wired Beautiful. Heidi's instructions are clear and her designs are fun and inviting. One of my favorite necklaces features a bird perched on a wire nest.

I really love beading, also I'm a kind of beginner even I know and bead jewelry sets. My concern is that must of the workshops that I'll be interested on going are so far that it's kind of impossible for me to go. I receive the 'Wire Jewelry" magazine and I really love it but sometimes I can't get the technique to work for me. I know I need more training. Are you planning to come to Massachussets some time near Worcester. I would love to be on one of your workshops and learn how to mix one thing with another and bead fabulous jewelry. It's so relaxing and when I read about all what you have accomplish and done it's so amazing. Well good luck, God bless and hope to see you someday.
