Some days are gold star days. These earrings are for superstar days. Check out my twisted wire jump rings! They're super easy to make and they let you really customize your creations.To make the jump rings, I used the Beadalon wire twisting tool to twist gold, pink and black wire together, then I coiled them with the jump ring making tool. I cut the coil apart to make the jump rings. Plain gold jump rings connect the stars to the twisted rings.
I made the twisted jump rings because I wanted to find a way to reinforce the rosy pink color of the Swarovski crystal stars. I wanted it to have a punky look, so additional crystals or other beads were out. The black wire adds a trendy, edgier feeling to the mix. Rock your own style!

I know that so many beaders are interested in jewelry but I am looking for other types of items such as bookmarks, tissue boxes, boxes, or anything out of the jewelry line at this time.
You know, that's a good reminder. I love making beaded gifts and stuff for my home, too. Later this week, I'll post some ideas for non-jewelry beady things.
